Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for Australian delivery.

You can check on its status at any time using the tracking information we provide once shipped.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change/cancel your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot change an order once it has been shipped and will work with you to return and exchange/refund the product.
I have received my order but an item is incorrect, what do I do?
At Modom we make every effort to ensure that we ship to you promptly and correctly, but every now and then Jack has a melt in the warehouse because he’s talking on the phone while picking an order, about surfing most likely. If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team via email email@example.com and they will be able to resolve it for you.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
Returns will be honoured up to 30 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. Modom products are warranted against manufacturer’s defect email firstname.lastname@example.org for claims.
